Valentine Happiness With ArtBooking Cricut Collection and Silhoutte

Hello Crafty Friends,

Today I am sharing a quick card for one of my loves! I’ve started with some textured vanilla card stock cut at 8.5 x4.25. I’ve scored it and it’s ready for some pretty papers and embellishments!

The next layer is cut at 4×4. Using scraps from older paper stacks I picked up from LSS.

Next is the heart overlay from CTMH Artbooking Cricut cartridge. Cut at 3.75 inches.

I used some 3D foam tape from CTMH on the back of this cute overlay. I love that you get two widths of it, .25 an .50 of an inch. Perfect for all your projects! The vanilla card stock is cut at 1 7/8 X 3 7/8 inch.

A little chalk ink around my mat in Chestnut Roan (yep favorite color).

Next up is this cute little tag from one of my scraps! Love it! I have the song hello My Name is by Matthew West in my heart and head this AM. So when I was browsing my stack of scraps I knew I had to use this one. You see my loves are fabulous! I needed a little banner so I fussy cut one from another scrap.

Here is the finished card front! I adore this heart overlay.

Here is a view from the side show you the dimension the 3d Foam Tape offers.

Working on the inside I am using a heart border punch and heart frame that I use with my CuttleBug.

I want my inside sentiment to say “you are fabulous” so I am going to use my Silhouette for that.

This is the first font cut I’ve done and it cuts beautifully!

I love the way this looks! You can achieve the same using your Cricut and your favorite font and the weld feature.

I used a Two Way Glue Pen to adhere the sentiment to the heart and the inside of my card. Now for a little stamping using the You Are My Happy stamp set and Chocolate ink  from Close To My Heart.

Thanks for hanging out with me today! I hope you are being blessed daily. Have a happy and crafty day!
